From Tucson to San Diego

Bye Bye Tucson a city of southeast Arizona south-southeast of Phoenix. A Spanish mission was founded nearby in 1700, and the present city was first settled in 1775 as a walled presidio. It became part of the United States after the Gadsden Purchase (1853) and served as territorial capital from 1867 until 1877. Population: 519,000.
press icon to learn how to pronounce Tuxon, sorry Tuson; ok again Tucson.

Some pics from the drive.
Remembering the words from Mr. Reagan at the Brandenburg Gate,
"Mr. Gonzales tear down that wall"!!!!!!!!, sorry Gorbachev.... wrong quote...

From Molotov's Frijolero...

Podrás imaginarte desde afuera,
ser un Mexicano cruzando la frontera,
pensando en tu familia mientras que pasas,
dejando todo lo que tu conoces atrás.

Si tuvieras tu que esquivar las balas
de unos cuantos gringos rancheros
Las seguirás diciendo good for nothing wetback?
si tuvieras tu que empezar de cero.

Now why don't you look down
to where your feet is planted
That U.S. soil that makes you take shit for granted
If not for Santa Ana, just to let you know
That where your feet are planted would be Mexico
Correcto!

We passed two or three Border patrol posts.
The migra trucks are everywhere running fast and making clouds of sand, the citizens of the world are just being persecuted and/or hunted as desert rats....

Blazing heat & the wall.... 115 F. ouch!

Welcome to San Diego!!!!
