Empiezan las clases de historia. The two boys just left Florida. They know what the history of Florida can be traced back to when the first Native Americans began to inhabit the peninsula as early as 14,000 years ago. Next arrival of Europeans with the Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León,in 1513. Britain before becoming a US territory, and later U.S. state in 1845.
Florida was inhabited by an estimated 350,000 people belonging to a number of tribes: Apalachee, Ais, Caloosahatchee, Calusa, Jaega, Tequesta, Seminole Miccosukee, Tocobaga and Mayaimi.
Today is inhabited by Cuban, Colombian, Venezuelan, Argentine, and people of all the world, including gringos. “Buen viaje chicos y pronto nos vemos con la historia de Alabama”.

Capital: Montgomery. Tambien fue visitado por el español Hernando de Soto en 1540 pero no se quedo allí y le dejo el territorio a los Franceses. Alabama hizo parte de la Union de Estados en 1819. Alabama es importante en la historia moderna de los Estados Unidos porque en los años 60 fue la tierra del movimiento de los derechos civiles.
Alli nació la escritora ciega y sordomuda Helen Keller y el cantante NAT KING COLE. Ahora la ruta de los viajeros nos lleva pronto a Louisiana.
En New Orleans era fácil tropezar con el diablo, un hombre que parecía tener el don de la ubicuidad a quien se le atribuían crímenes y delitos atroces, parece, para fortuna de los viajeros, que se ahogó después de cientos de años bajo las aguas embravecidas por el huracán Katrina o se lo llevó el viento, dejando una mancha negra en el horizonte con olor a azufre...
